Universal Sovereign Trading Pte. Ltd. challenged us to develop disposable paper product concepts that can enhance or bring about new experiences of cleanliness in personal beauty for middle-aged females (30-45 years old).
I started off with some primary and secondary research. The research included searching for reliable articles on relevant topics of beauty to 30-45 yr old female Asians, and also home visits to conduct face-to-face interviews with respondents scouted out by Universal Sovereign.
According to our interviews, women did not associate make-up removal with tissue, they associated it with cotton instead. However, there are still some drawbacks from using cotton. Their current solution include towels, cotton buds etc., which are also not small enough for precise removal at tight spots.

How can we help them associate make-up removal with tissue, and also give them an accurate and simple-to-use removal solution?
My proposed solution was a triangular make-up wipe.

These triangular wipes are folded to give the softness and thickness make-up removing requires, and the edges give users accuracy in cleaning/correcting tight spots (eg. corners of eyes). It is faceted to make it compact, making it suitable for carrying in their make-up pouches.
